All deposits, prepaid services, packages and gift cards/certificates are nonrefundable.
It is a $50 cancellation fee per service if you do not cancel within 24 hours of your appointment.
Additionally, each year any gift card, prepaid service or deposit is not used there is a $50 maintenance fee taken off that package/gift cert/gift card so be sure to use it within a year.

• Debit cards: 3% convenience fee
These fees go directly toward processing costs.

Please no children allowed and cell phones must be placed on silent and all phones calls must be taken outside. We do this because others are also paying to relax and unwind.
