Payments are accepted but must be paid in full in order to take the class. Payment methods are cash, or credit/debit card. Please note all card payments will have a 3% surcharge fee added. This is a nonrefundable course. If there is an emergency situation, we offer a one chance makeup session that will be available to you.
When making your decision please understand the State Board Laws for Georgia:
In order to work in a salon or spa applying Eyelash Extensions you must have a valid Georgia State Board License in Cosmetology, Esthetics, or Nursing. You may also have an Apprentice License for Cosmetology or Esthetics.
You may choose to work from your home or on your own without a license.
Our classes will feature 1-2 experienced professional trainers (depending on class size- you may choose to be one on one) who will provide hands-on guidance and troubleshooting support to ensure you receive all the necessary advice.
This class will cover everything essential for properly applying eyelash extensions, including understanding the bond, various techniques, isolation, proper taping, and knowledge of lengths and thicknesses, as well as removal and drying techniques and proper sanitation.
Additionally, training will include ergonomics, lighting, and the correct positioning of your client. You will begin by practicing techniques on a mannequin head as this will help you get the feel of picking up the extension, bond application and applying the extension to the natural eyelashes. During this time, you will have the opportunity to experiment with different tweezers to determine which set works best for you.
Finally, with the 5 hour class we will provide a live model for hands-on experience alongside fellow trainees and the trainer, allowing you to apply your skills on a real person.
